Message thread with person who blocked me months ago randomly showed up towards the top of my inbox

Has anyone had this happen to them or know why it did that? I was blocked 6 months ago. The message thread was buried in my inbox. Then last night it shows up towards the top. I opened the thread, no new activity. The profile still says “account not found”. Not sure why they are showing up above some threads with more recent activity
