II NEED someone to explain me how make my TT acc be mostly seen in countries other than mine for safety

I want to use TT as a personal diary in a therapeutic for my mental health, but due to the sensitivity of my diagnosis I don't want family and people who know me to be able to see me so i thought about creating an TT acc speaking in English, this way no one knows me could see it, but was reading that it is not as easy as simply uploading con in English.

So if somebody knows a way that dont make me to buy an exclusive phone for that with a USA sim as they recommended in some posts?

Not something you can reliably do, even if you got a US phone with a US sim it'll still show worldwide, on top of that as soon as the phone gets a GPS lock or connects to a Non-US Wi-Fi or Phone provider it'll no longer be a US account for a minimum of 6 months.

Also to be aware that US accounts are subject to Tracking and grabbing a load of data from your phone since the US took over it's operation. Ideally nobody wants to be using a US device.
