"Account not recommended" problem

Account not recommended?

I'm a Santa performer who's recently decided to start using TikTok in his promo/socials work. I've seen plenty of Santa's on TikTok some with millions of followers so I thought I should give it a go.

After just 3 videos my account has been put on 'account not recommended' so it won't be shown to new people when I add new videos, as apparently I'm "posing as someone else" - or however it was phrased.

Yes, I'm a Santa, it's what we do 🤦‍♂️

I've appealed the decision but honestly I don't even know if they'll see that or if I'm just buggered now.

Anyone got any experience of this?
