How to stop spam comments on successful video?

Hi everyone - newish to TikTok

I have a video doing over 250K views in 24hrs with a few thousand comments

While most comments are directly related to the video - there are also a ton of spam comments from different accounts, but all saying the same thing, basically a long spammy nonsense comment

Is this even possible to get ahead of? Or do I need to keep manually deleting them?
