Why does my tiktok stutter the audio a little when I repost?

Recently I got a new phone and installed tiktok on it. But now whenever I repost videos on tiktok the video and audio stutters a little and it's hella frustrating. I already cleared app cache but nothing works. Does anyone know why this is happening?
