rare username stripped from profile + account lock days after

Hello all!

I had a rare generic username on this app from launch. Started posting again since I'm close to finishing my marketing degree.

Added my TG invite to my profile because literally EVERYBODY uses it in the middle east even schools have TG channels etc.

Literally seconds later after i added it everything disappeared.

• Username randomized
• Name reset
• Pic went default

I messaged support and they said I could revert it within 24 hours & the username would be protected.

HOWEVER what we didn't know at the time (im assuming both me and support)

Was a hacker had duped the username previously..

BUT since tiktok randomized my username and he always existed alongside me, he automatically took the vanity & obviously the username.

Today after DAYS of trying to find a solution and contact the right department at tiktok, i wake up to my account getting locked.

hoping somebody at their cybersecurity team or something will see this and be able to aid me out
