Does tiktok take reports seriously?

A dude I know posted a video showing my face and calling me a f*g for no apparent reason at 1 am. I don't know if it's still up because I don't have tiktok and can't check for myself, plus his profile's private. I sent an official report through https://www.tiktok.com/support/faq_detail?category=web_privacy_user_safety, do they take these reports seriously? I'm a minor, if that's relevant
