recent algorithm

Probably plenty of posts like this in here but I just want to express my frustration.

My account has always had really good engagement and my videos have always done pretty well. Engagement is still really good but I am just getting no views on my videos now. My most recent video has 70 likes sitting at 300 views.

Does anyone know how to fight this?
