Subtitles Translation Problem

Does anyone have the same problem as me?

I can’t enjoy scrolling tiktok because of the translation option. When i watch non-english content, usually you can translate what’s the video subtitles or caption are saying but when i changed to iPhone 17 recently, i can’t do it anymore 🫠

As u can see there, i have full language options on iPhone 13 but there’s nothing on iPhone 17. What should i do? I already update the app and everything
