tiktok don't let me send dms and don't let my edits get views

I started this account yesterday, and posted an edit. try to dm some other editors, and it blocked my dms. plus, my video got stuck at 3 views, mine, my gf's and my other account's.

i won the appeal, send another dm... and got blocked again. posted another edit... stuck again at 3 views, the same ones. idk what to do anymore.
