having trouble with 0 views videos

More than 3 months ago, I got 2 warnings about two videos i made that violated the platform's guideline. After that, I left my account on standby and never posted anything again. A few days ago, I tried getting back into posting but whatever i post won't get past the 0 views mark. My videos are not being delivered to anyone, even though they agree to the platform's rules. I even tried to promote the video but it got rejected either way, affirming that it actually violated those. However, no warning was made regarding the video. I seriously need the account for my marketing and I don't know what else to do.
