i have an account that get 10-100k views but since yesterday new videos wont even get on the fyp, i check everything and my account is clean, what happen, this image above is from a video that posted a day ago
Nobody at TT gives a fig. Account always “in good standing”but around May 12 my videos dropped from FYP, my engagement and growth tanked, and my views went to the mid-teens if I was lucky. Numerous attempts to get an answer and constant chatbot/irrelevant cut and paste responses from support. I have over 1k followers but get barely 20 views. On IG I have less than 100 and the same content gets 3k views and engagement. Weak.

Same So I won’t do shoppables. And everyday they ask me to promote, not gonna happen or pick samples why? You aren’t pushing them so why?
this happened to me as well, almost three weeks ago. i’ve created another account and started from scratch again.
