Video rejected - why?

I have just recently started a tik tok account. The premise is to post segmented videos of a fictional "in world" podcast of sorts from a world I have created.

I haven't used any copywriter material and is original.

However the videos seem to not go into the algorithm and when I try to promote it, it gets rejected. I am not sure why.

The video aspect of it, is mostly a loop of a calming fireplace as I have tried to make it something you can just listen to in the background.

Is that triggering the rejection for a "low effort" post? It's all I can think of, but then I tried replacing the video with gameplay of a game as you often see in videos, and that got pinged too
