Unable to log into tiktok account after getting new phone

I have a video with all the methods I've tried, though I also put my email instead of my username and have gotten the same result. I also used the "recover account" feature but it didn't work. It's been about 3 days of me trying and I'm gonna wait another 24 hours before trying again but it really hasn't done anything. Does anybody know what's going on and how to fix this? I have been able to log into all of my alt accounts but not my main. (also I added music so watching wouldn't suck too bad and bolded some important information).
