Shadow Ban Appeal

I created my account a week ago and the first video I uploaded did decently well. But after that, all of my videos have 0 views which is weird because they should be shown to at least one person so I submitted a support thing in app in the settings. They messaged me back finally with this message that I uploaded on this post, but when I get on the app there is no pop up. What should I do? I also show how my posts suddenly dropped off in viewer ship on here. All views after my first post are from profile views.
