There's this one fitness creator that I just can't follow and I can't figure out why. Got any ideas?

I can't figure it out. I tried following on my phone and on PC and both times, it just doesn't work. I press follow and it seems to have worked, but if I refresh the page, it never works. I thought, maybe he blocked me? But then I wouldn't see his content, right? So I tried following a bunch of other people. No problem. I have no idea why this is the case.

EDIT: It may be important that I used to be pretty big on tiktok and I got on early. It's very possible he would have seen my content years ago and blocked me. I haven't made anything in years though.
