What the heck is happening

So my account got suspended months ago and I tried appealing randomly 2 weeks ago and then they actually said they unsuspended my account in the email. (I missed the email so it took me 2 weeks to realize the unsuspended me) but when I signed in with my phone number it logged me out saying account suspended. I don’t know if this has ever happened ever but if someone knows an answer that would be awesome.
