Log in Issues

So when I opened TikTok today it randomly logged me out. And when I tried to log back in, it has this two step verification from an email I've never seen before. I don't know if this is some kind of server issue that everyone else is going through or if I did something wrong but if anyone has suggestions I'd love to hear them.
