TikTok account suddenly getting 0 views for 2 weeks

A couple weeks ago I set up a second profile on the same phone and wifi. It wasn't tied to my email or number. Right after that, my main started acting strange and barely anything I post seems to reach anyone now.(0 views)

I've kept using it like normal and it hasn't gone back to how it was. Has anyone had a second profile affect their first one like this? Trying to figure out if the two are connected and whether there's a way to undo it.
