Can’t DM

My TikTok account was recently flagged as under 13, but I completed the age verification process and my account was restored. I’m 19 years old and TikTok approved my verification. Since getting the account back, I can use TikTok normally (follow people, comment, go live, and receive DMs), but I cannot send direct messages to anyone. Every message instantly fails with the error attached, even when messaging different accounts. I’ve updated the app, reinstalled it, logged out and back in, and verified my phone number. Has anyone had this happen after an age appeal, and if so, how did you fix it?
