Me and my Girlfriend were filmed and uploaded without our consent

Recently me and my girlfriend found that there was a tiktok secretly filming us in a restaurant and uploading it without our consent. The video was uploaded more than a year ago (we were still underaged at the time) and has garnered more than 500k Views. We are really disturbed by it as it harms our privacy. What can we do to take down the video?

We have seen some post saying that the creators could appeal by saying its a public setting, but in this case the video explicitly zooms in and only recorded the two of us. Any insight or suggestion would be greatly appreciated

For additional context we dont live in a western country and it is illegal to some extent to film someone in public. However were wondering if we could take steps through tiktok without needing to take legal action
