Come with me on a journey to battle the support bots of TikTok to solve an account suppression issue

This will be the eighth or ninth time since around 20 May. I have tried this. I literally have nothing better to do now other than see how far I can get through this bot chain bullshit. Come along for the ride and look at this crap.

I don’t know. Since many News Limited English language “publications“ globally just seem to troll social media for rage bait and viral post, maybe this will get some traction somewhere. Anyone know any journalists? I’m happy to keep on posting as this evolves.

hehe, I've sent 100's of messages. I suspect/think TikTok is "testing" their 100% "ai garbage" support system, in which they try and fool people in to thinking they get support, when in fact, it is 100% ai garbage drivel. They even have a "chatbot" that pretends to be human, and gets "upset" if you say "wait a sec, you aren't human" (their 'live' chat). They like to use random arabic names, and/or every now and then a chinese name.

But I have literally done 100's just to see if I could ever get through to a human, and no - its 100% ai garbage.

You won’t get anywhere with the ticket system. Submit an official report. In settings, go to help center, then safety center, go to “report a problem” the choose account access. And then choose “other” for reason. They’ll ask for your username and email. I can’t remember the exact steps but it worked for me. They’ll email you back with a response. I received mine within 2-3 days and everything went back to normal. Good luck!
