Random Posts appeared, with no supposed login activity?

Hey all, woke up today with 5 extra posts on my accounts posted in some other language, I’ve unposted them all and changed my password, but I’ve checked my security tab and there’s been no access from anything other than my current phone? Does anyone know how someone could have posted without triggering any security?
