Is TikTok down again?

I remember TikTok being down like 1-2 months ago and it feels like it's happening again. Not getting notifications, sometimes can't follow people and the app being slow, anyone else having problems or just me?

Same issues here, app's been sluggish all morning and notifications are completely dead for me too.
