Is this email a scam?

Hi all, I joined TikTok one a little while ago and shortly after I received emails from this email address tiktokone-
[email protected]

The emails are saying that I have X amount of money able to withdraw but I need to fill in my tax information to withdraw it, anyone know what this is?
