What graphic design platform is best to make reels about science?

I have never made videos like this before, but I'd like to try to make short science videos and I'm not sure what the best platform is. I am currently trying out Canva, but I'm not sure how to draw in the video and make what I draw move, and so on. Is there a better program that saves a lot of time making the graphics?
