tik tok live

i have been applying again and again but i keep getting this why is that ?
i stream on twitch i have 279 followers i have some streams on my profile when they ask for proof i take a screenshot of settings (where i can change pfp banner name etc) and then also from my creater dashboard. what could be the issue i also post clips on my tik tok. i have friends who never even stream and get acces.
