TikTok account login issue with QR code

Im trying to log into my alt account on tiktok, and I have the Email and the username for it, BUT not the password because I forgot it. I put in the Email, it ask for the code, I give it, it works. No issue there. But then it asks for a QR code passkey where you need another phone that has that account logged in, but I no longer have that phone because I got a new phone a couple months ago, and traded my old one with the account. meaning I don’t have possession of that phone anymore. Is there anyway to bypass the passkey or fix this. i could send an email to TikTok, because I have several screenshots of evidence of it being my account.
