Can't add to story, low views, "copyright issues"

I try posting on TikTok, but I can't add any of my new videos to my story, the button just isn't there. The same videos only get a couple views after an hour which is very unusual for my account. It also says to every audio I use that it has "copyright issues".

So, I tried posting just a blank screen with no sound to my alt and I could add it to my story and it was normal. Then I tried on my main and it's still being weird?? I'll try to post tomorrow but I'm worried it'll happen again. I've had no issues before this, does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
