Unable to send & receive we messages date overwritten

I got an account warning which prevented me from sending & receiving DM’s for only a week, but then when I contacted / emailed their support, they then extended it for A MONTH? I wanna know if it will be lifted in a month or until the 25th, cause why is the support agent slow?

Is this normal? Do they usually extend their punishments when asked for an appeal? Cause if so, this is HORRIBLE. I’d rather want my original sentence then. 😭
