Big/Glitch after reactivating

Hi guys, I reactivated my TikTok account after 2 years and since logging on, all my videos are grey. Slideshows and photo posts from all my old posts load fine, however any video content won’t load. I can’t private them, can’t load them, they don’t show for anyone either. Wondering if anyone’s had this issue before and knows the fix? TikTok support are and have always been useless
