Uploading Slideshow to TikTok From Desktop

When on earth are they going to make it available for desktop users? People have been complaining about it for years. I seriously cannot imagine it's this hard to add. It's annoying because I'd liketo upload my art, but it just gets taken down if you upload a still image.
