I can only post stories

Since like 3 weeks now i have been only apple to post story if i try to normal post something it's just stuck at 0 views. People can see my vids if they go to my bio and go 0 view videos from there. Tiktok says everything is ok no problem on account.

So i made new account same happened on 2 weeks and now if i make new account it's instantly this same situation that i'm stuck on 0 views. So what to do?
