Tips to improve my extremely low completion rate

For context i post piano covers and my completion rate or "watched full video" percentage is almost always below 2%. I make sure to leave to leave as minimal space as possible before I start playing, and depending on the song I only play the most popular/recognizable part. My view to like ratio i think is pretty good (usually above 10%), i just cant get anyone to finish my videos. My account is about a month old if that makes any difference.
