"account not found" issues

Hello, recently i was using tiktok on my pc and i wanted to look at one of my friends profiles, but it just showed "account not found". i thought they had blocked me, so i checked on my phone, and their profile came up normally, and still shows that i follow them and the other way around. Does anyone know why this happens? yes i used the same account on both platforms
