How do i make a video public?

Is your account set to private?

you have a private account right now. go into account settings and switch your account to public and the option should appear!

Your account is set to private, so there is no "Everyone" option in the video privacy settings. Go to your profile settings and switch the account from private to public first, then you will see the everyone option when uploading.
