How do I get tiktok shop back?

My top bar has looked like this for a few months and basically tiktok shop has just disappeared. I've also looked up tiktok shop on safari and tried to access through the website but it literally just sends me to tiktok, I can't even see the tiktok shop page. It also doesn't show up even on alt accounts
