Does anyone know how to fix this

My iPhone is acting up and I can’t get into any of my saved playlist even if I do turn off my WiFi and just leave my cellular data on, so does anyone know how to fix this, is it a glitch? Has it happened to anyone else? No matter what I try it doesn’t seem to work
