What is going on with TikTok?

Recently (well not very recently) Cloudflare has reported that bots have surpassed humans in internet traffic.^([1]) ^([2]) Many users on TikTok have started making videos and theories of what is going on with TikTok. The truth is bots. One particular bot seen on many popular videos with the display name "Tung Tung Sahur" (recently changed to "Tralalelo Tralala") is the most talked about. Many people say they don't remember following the account, but they somehow follow it. This is not the only account with this behaviour. The most likely reason for this is stolen accounts that are used for follower botting or something going with TikTok's backend operations, we can't really know. On the account's About Me it has content directing users off TikTok (I can't mention what the content is, but it may be related to botting). The way they advertise their account is by copying other popular comments on videos and proceeding to bot their likes, so the account can be at the top of the comment section. The account also exploits a bug with TikTok's polls feature which allows the bot to put any text as what it has voted such as "Check my bio". There are also allegations that they take info from people who use their srvis. You will get bnned if you use it, so don't. There are also people saying it is a "fed" account or a "honeypot".
