TikTok Promotion

So TikTok has not asked me to promote my videos before but one day I think I accidentally checked it out and now TikTok is always asking me to promote. It has also decreased my views. I think because they want you to buy into views. I have never paid to promote but tiktok is still asking me to. How do I get TikTok to stop asking me to promote my videos?
