View to like ratio of over 20%, why are my videos not being pushed past 200-400 views?

Ive been posting videos recently that are sitting at around 70 likes with only 300 views. They're also getting a decent ammount of reposts, saves etc. Why are these videos not getting out of the 'view jail'?They reach about 250 views in the first hour, get good engagement, then just drop off and eventually die out.
