How are AI generated adverts allowed?

These AI-generated influencer style TikTok shop ads are plaguing my feed no matter how many times I press not interested. I've even started reporting them all for undisclosed AI generated content to no avail, TikTok does not care.

Why would anyone want to buy something advertised by an AI UGC/influencer knowing full well that the product being shown is also an AI-generated version? Its so incredibly misleading and I dread to think how many unassuming people are getting rinsed of their money on Temu quality slop products because of these videos.

The worst part is a lot of these accounts earn commission on these videos when someone buys. The accounts are full to the brim with these videos. They are clearly farming the vids for max exposure and TikTok shop commission. How the hell is TikTok allowing this? Greed!
