"User doesn't exist"

I recently decided to make a tiktok account using my email, but then I was told my account already existed? While I was trying to create it, it said that my email was already in use and sent me those email codes to log in. I received them and typed them in and was able to access an empty account that kept telling me "user doesn't exist".

I have no password or nothing, and when I tried to create one, it told me to type in my original password to make sure I'm me. HOW? I was never given the option to create a password 🤨 I can't even use the account properly because it keeps telling me "user doesn't exist". I don't remember making an account there, so I don't know how my email is here and tiktok's ai chat isn't very good either 😑
