Tiktok purchase

So i purchased something from tiktok and they had a delievery company I've never heard of and I got a notification it was out for delievery between 4 45 to 7 45 and it never came then at 9:20 I got a delievery could not be made and will be out for delievery as soon as they can get it on a new time and day. Has this ever happened to anyone and did they ever get their package?

It has happened to me several times too. They usually end up delivering it the next day. Whenever the tracking says "Out for Delivery," I always expect it to arrive that same day, but sometimes it doesn't and gets delivered the following day instead.
