Lost media maybe?

Recently my friend remembered me of this tiktok of a kid with 2 filters i think. One was some sort of big blue eyes and one which made everything all white so maybe a inverted filter. All the kid was doing in the video was saying bleh in a low volume, like he was whispering and at the end he like opens his mouth a starts moving the camera towards it, and the video ends right there. It was not a unknown video, it was pretty popular, maybe some hundreds of thousand or maybe even millions. It wasn't only a video, this kid made more of them so if we can just find one then it's done, or maybe even a photo of him would be enough.
