Forgot password but logged in on macbook

Somehow my mac has the passkey saved to my old tiktok account and i’m currently logged on there but not on my phone. I can’t remember the email I used or the password for the tiktok and the passkey doesn’t seem to work on my phone. I’ve tried to contact support but it keeps saying my username does not exist, what can I do?
