What to do with account that keeps bullying and spreading misinformation

There's this profile with a sizable reach (around 150K followers) who I followed because of their education on an important topic. However, their videos about practically anything else have turned me off from them completely as they are usually very rude and mean to others, and there's also been several times where they've spread blatant lies about other people with little to no consequence. If you even try to disagree or correct what was said, you will either be met with aggression, have your comments hidden, or be blocked entirely. This person has also been racist before multiple times (but is sneaky about it so a lot of their followers probably have no clue).

Anything I try to report, Tiktok never takes action. And again, if you try to call it out even respectfully, you'll either be attacked or blocked by this person, so there's no use in trying to publicly correct anything
