This video was made as a retaliation tithe mass killing of dogs that happened in Ethiopia. The video states that citizens of this town were forced to kill their dogs after a person was bitten to death by a startly dog. The government put up a penalty of 300 to people you didn't kill their dogs.

The video is extremely unsettling the video captures multiple dogs hanged from a single tree, and dogs being heavily beaten by sticks to the head.

Thousands of bodies were dumped into a truck displaying a gruesome scene.

I'm requesting this video to be flagged as 18+ rather than taken down since it serves as a huge wake up call and a way to notify citizens of the country. But it not being restricted is dangerous as a huge number of Tiktok users in Ethiopia are underaged.
