Video Processing Issues

Is anybody else experiencing issues with their videos processing? I cleared my cache and data and my video has still been processing for a long time. I even tried to post it again to no avail. Is this happening to anyone else currently? On my iPad ​it shows "Under Review" but on my phone ​it says "Post Still Processing"​.
