How can I use another app and host a livestream at the same time

I’m a musician and I want to livestream but I use my phone on my mic stand to have a set list/lyrics pulled up. Am I able to stream on tik tok running in the background or have like a Picture in Picture type thing where it’s just a little square in the corner of my screen?
